I have had multiple problems at this facility. From billing issues to the way I have been treated by their very average staff. I have also had numerous visits at the other hospital in the area, Sentara Careplex in Hampton. I would highly recommend Sentara over Riverside Regional Medical Center.

Waited in ER for 58 minutes and no one would help after asking several times. Went to MI and had my gallbladder out in 8 hours. Never go back to their ER.
