I just had my first child and after 4 months as a new mother I was set up with an arch support system. I can tell you that my body went through drastic changes including swelling, gaining 60 lbs. of baby weight, no abdominal support, the list can go on. I am 2 weeks into my supports and I am already receiving hip and back pain relief. I have a very high arch and I feel for the first time that I have the support my body needs, not just my feet. I sleep better, I feel better and Good Feet has made ALL the difference! I would recommend this system to anyone but especially anyone that has had children or is looking to have them.
