The Peninsula Community Care Center, LLC is founded on person-centered practices and the principle of making a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities by providing creative supports and opportunities to help each individual develop a meaningful lifestyle within the community. The Peninsula Community Care Center seeks to promote dignity, choice, and the highest possible level of participation in work, relationships, and all aspects of community life for individuals and families affected by intellectual disability.
