CLOSED NOW - Opens at 9:30am

No mail service on Tuesday and Friday last week and Monday, Thursday and Friday this week. I went in this morning to complain and had to wait 50 minutes to talk to a supervisor. I was assured I would receive mail today, but of course that was a lie. I'll go in again tomorrow and see what lies I'm told.

Carrier does not deliver packages in a timely manner, claims to leave notices for packages, but no notices are left. Packages/parcels are ALWAYS late, if they ever arrive at all.Does not pick up outgoing mail, leaving me to drive to find a mailbox to place the outgoing mail. Constantly leaving mail for someone else in the same area, but completely different street, completely different name. Contacting supervisor seems to be a futile attempt, and a song and dance is what is provided. This has been an ongoing issue for two years, and it gets worse closer to the holidays. I know that the holidays are a very busy time of year, but that does not mean to get lazy or forget how to read a name and address on a piece of mail or a package, or lie to supervisors to keep themselves out of hot water... why would a postal customer fabricate not getting things that they paid for, and are waiting patiently on?? This is just downright ridiculous!!

I am disabled and I am trying to get through to the office but the line is busy 24/7/365. What is up?!! I literally had to physically go into the office and knock on the door of the passport Dept. To set up an appointment. Now I need to change the appointment and AGAIN the line is continuously busy!!! Help me please.
