They are a great place to buy a vehicle when you have less than perfect credit. I find that if you are nice to them then they will be nice to you. I have bought a few cars from them without any major issues. They will fix anything wrong with the vehicle within the first 30 days at 100% even though their policy states that they do a 50/50 split. After the 30 days they will still do a 100% covered repair if you have been a great customer, otherwise it will be the 50/50 split.

You have to understand Dennis' sense of humor to understand that he is not trying to be rude and the whole "you be nice to me and I will be nice to you", is absolutely true. Make sure your payments are on time and if for some good reason they can't be then you need to be communicating that to them and they are more than willing to work with you. Best "Buy here, Pay here" place around.

He has been known to "negotiate" some pricing, but not too much as he prices the vehicles very close to what he picks them up for so if you can negotiate $100 less than so be it, that's $100 less than what you were going to pay :) I highly recommend them, but always remember that you are your best advocate when buying any vehicle. Do your homework on the vehicle that you want to buy ... it certainly cannot hurt to do that :)
