Steve was amazingly helpful. He took the time to explain how to thoroughly use the spray to help with the sticky mechanism. He told us to call if the keys didn't work (they did), and even followed up later to make sure they worked. We highly recommend his shop!

Steve was great (Steve is Harvey's son). My Honda CRV got stuck in a convenience store parking lot because the key wouldn't turn in the ignition switch. Steve came out and did a temporary fix so that we could get my car back to my house, where he then did a thorough repair and even cut a new key! I have been driving around for a month now, everything is smooth with the ignition switch.
