My friend and I booked this hotel a few weeks early before knowing my boyfriend would get the weekend off. We went down not knowing my boyfriend was going to surprise us, mind you I have never been able to spend a 4th of July with him because of work, so this was a big deal and he really wanted to surprise us. After we had dinner and played on the beach we went back to the hotel to add him to the room and register he car and the owner flipped out on us. Told me he wasn't on the reservation and couldn't stay. The owner wouldn't let me say anything kept cutting me off when I tried to talk. He said he was going to town all our cars and call the cops on us. Long story short I had to drive home at 10:30 at night, it was a 4 hour trip. I tried to resolve this again the next morning and corporate office said this was a privately owned place and they couldn't do anything. The owner found out about my complaint and called me saying he will do whatever he wants its his hotel.
