Waited over an hour to see optometrist. Older lady @ desk was not very friendly & she didn't change the papers on the chin rests in between patients. I needed to use the restroom during my over hour wait & she lied about having one & sent me in Walmart to find a restroom (my contacts had been taken out waiting for the exam- I couldn't see a thing). Dr. was ok, but the exam worried me a bit & he was struggling himself to see items up close. When we came back for my recheck for the contacts exam, there was a different lady that had NO idea how far behind the Dr was (that's part of her job to know & inform patients). We waited another hour just for recheck. The front help needs to be friendly & they need to be more aware of their scheduling to not make patients wait for over an hour each time. The RX increase made me nervous considering the sight abilities of the Dr. It was it a professional experience. Other than that, I will definitely find another Dr come next year for my next appt.
