We had Spiffy Lube do the maintenance on our vehicle, for over two years. We began having transmission issues. We also asked to check the driver side wheel noise. The owner said we needed new transmission and gave us quote for new or rebuilt. However, we quickly found out they had NEVER checked the fluid level. So instead of $4000 fix, it was $6.59 for a quart of fluid. Downtown Toyota confirmed the wheel noise was the barring. We trusted them! Never go to this business!
