Gary and Anna Marie Chantry are the owners and developers of Spring Ridge Estates.  Sweethearts for 24 years, they are raising their family on their timbered acreage near Davis Lake.  Gary is a general contractor and life-long resident of Pend Oreille County.  The acreage was acquired beginning in 2003, and in 2007,with the inspiration and encouragement of their great friends, Rick and Kandi Gentis, the vision of a protected community of rural acreages for RVs and Homes was born.  The first RV / Home lots were sold in Summer 2008 and the model home sold shortly thereafter.  

Gary and Anna Marie continue to work one-on-one with each purchaser to design and layout the improvements on the lot, installing all utilities, driveways, rv pads and homesites to the resident's satisfaction.  Gary does the on-site excavation and supervises all work to completion.  Several completed guest lots are available for complimentary stays and for purchase.  Rick, Kandi, Gary or Anna Marie will meet with you in person, and assist in every way desired to make your stay, and potential purchase, the best possible experience.
