Our Head Chef Hedi, known to all as "Chef Zippy", has attended the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France and has over 21 years experience in some of the world's finest restaurants in Paris, Genoa, Rome and Geneva. Chef Zippy has worked in the Tour de Arjon in Paris, Pizza Napolitan in Napoli, Italy. Our staff would like to invite you experience our hand made daily specials.
