Ordered delivery this time and was told it would be 35 minutes to arrive (I live a mile and a half down the road.) 45 minutes later I called to check on the order that hadn't arrived, and was told by a very apathetic-sounding employee that it had gone out already. The delivery guy finally pulled up to the building almost a full hour after ordering, without an apology for the blatant tardiness. The food was lukewarm, pizza toppings were unevenly distributed and messy, and my general frustration of this experience took away any remaining enjoyment I might have gleaned from the meal. There are far better eateries (for taste and value) in Newton stocked with employees who care about their quality of work. Check out one of those rather than waste your time with this establishment.
