Good people and service #Very Professional

I had excellent care at NMC. I was impressed with nurses, especially the ICU RNs. I would not hesitate to take any loved one, or myself, to NMC if we needed it..

Worst hospital ever they don't allow sister in-law to go see her brother's baby or his wife. After driving 10 hrs to see them.

Where to begin. Let's see they overdosed a family member which in turn made them have a small stroke. I think that was an isolated incidient but never the less happend. The nurse got fired but doesn't rectify what happened. For the most part the doctors are good and nurses are average. There are a couple of nurses that are really great but there are those that really need to learn better bed side manner.

Now they are trying to jerk me around about my bill. The two ladies that I talked to in the financial department on the other hand were beyond rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever. I calmly told them the situation that was going on and in return got verbally violated. Never again will I use this facility.

NMC provides quality care equal to or greater than that found at larger organizations. Their small size does not limit their dedication and investment in the latest medical technology!

This is a real Family-friendly hospital and would definitely recommend to anyone. Well staffed, up-to-date technology and equipment! Staff make you feel right at home and care is personal and compassionate.
