Recently took my Ody for oil change to Honda Village. When picked up, the rep gave me a print-out and "advised" that I needed 4 new tires and alignment. Quote was redicules!I took the van to NTB and they measured tread: 6/32 on read wheels, 4/32 on front.That's 50% / 30% tire life remaining !!! The verdict? Honda Village can not be trusted!

Let's admit: most dealers are crooks. Honda Village is an outstanding crook! They play a game of "inventory": they'd say car is in stock in Boston or in port and then if you negotiate below certain margin, manager would say that car has been sold to someone else...

Slightly better than average average dealership: they are actually friendly, but still, bad experience. After claiming to have car minivan we were looking for and after negotiating the price, they found that they actually didn't have one... Hard to say if apologies were sensier .

Misleading sales practices.I phoned and spoke with a salesperson about getting a particular car. He told me the car was in the port in Boston, since they had limited space at the dealer. I already was very familiar with the car and didn't need to see or drive it, so that was fine. We made an appt and he told me to phone if I couldn't make it. When I arrived he was not there and no one else was expecting me. I ended up wasting quite a bit of time with a newbie salesperson who insisted on going through the whole process even though I was there to buy the car, and didn't need to be sold.The next day I went in to sign loan papers and had to sit through another hour of them trying to sell me accessories. I was told the car would be here by midweek, so I could cancel the rental car I had for the following week.It turns out the car was never in the port and won't be here in time for our holiday. I hd to get honda-usa involved to get a refund on my deposit. Buyer be very wary!
