They are always very helpful and if they don't have what I am looking for, going out of the way to find it at one of the other stores. Also trying to work with me on the payment.

I URGE THE PUBLIC TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RAPID RENTALS OF NEWTON MS. I DID BUSINESS with them for over 2 years. No problems. PAID on TIME and completed several purchases from them. They allowed someone to rent in my name. They even delivered the merchandise to that person's home, NOT MINE! I was assured THAT this was a misunderstanding and it would be taken care OF. I WAS ASSURED THAT I HAD NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT, THE MISTAKE HAD BEEN CORRECTED AND MERCHANDISE REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT. THEN, all off a sudden they sued ME AND won by default because I missed the court DATE. I TRUSTED the manager (Bobby) was an ethical and FAIR PERSON. This is how I am REWARDED FOR MY CHOOSING TO DO BUSINESS WITH RAPID RENTALS! DO not support this BUSINESSS! There are many OTHER places that I'm sure has INTEGRITY and PRACTICES ETHICAL STANDARDS IN REGARD TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
