Excellent service at a very fair price. Fred the owner is the one that always work on our car. He is great to explain what and why we need to do certain repairs. We will continue to patronize this business.

Needed a wheel barren replaced. Seems 2 brothers from what they stated own this place. One was kind and explained things, other smaller owner very rude, arrogant. First found it odd, i jad just left Rides in conover from getting new rims and tires. Several of us where looking at how bad the bearing moved. We of course are looking right at the rotors etc, and no damage was seen by any of us; and they do this area of work for a living. I get a call about an hour later from worker stating my rotor had a deep gash in it, seeing if they could do me a favor and replace all of them. Said no and returned to the facility. Seen my vehicle on other end of building, so walked around the parking lot, and looked in on my truck from the parking lot. See a worker going though my vehicle, legs out driver door, but body over in passenger side. As im looking at this the shorter owner pops up ushering me back to other side of building saying no one is allowed back there. I asked if there was a reason when its in open parking lot, and just stated no one was allowed in area. So i went backto the other side. After awhile of sitting i asked my wife to walk with me just around the blacktop on the custumer parking side. Im a disabled veteran with reconstructed ankles and artificial knees, they swell and stiffen if i sit to long. So we just walk around doing few laps, and shorter manager comes out yelling we can go back there. I asked why theres an issue if no one is going beyond the gate and with his attitude agreed and walked off. So in end i go to pay my bill, he asks for id, which is fine. Part thats not fine and bluntly disrespectful is he stairs and my military id and drivers license for 2 mins like hes in disbelief since my credit cards are corporate and Im a Dr. This review has been disheartening. Taller owner seems sincere in wanting to do good business, talks with respect, answers questions. The other, disrespectful, shaddy, acts as though hes above the customer
