Worst Possible Contractor, work does not pass code, refuses to fix

David Harrell finished concrete at one of my duplexes as part of a new construction project. The work was sub-par and did not pass inspection as the concrete was poured only 1.75 inches thick. In addition, there was not enough room below the entryway, so water is leaking in my house. He is still avoiding my calls. Use him at your own risk!
