I've Never seen an Eye place work like this one U go have eye exam then pick out frames then Wait till frames come in to see if u like them then they send out Again & it's been close to 1 Month I've waited & they Never returned my calls & be prepared to WAIT allot/Lines & there seems to be plenty of workers so idk why it's that bad but it is & my husband broke his frames he got at Treasure Vision & they not only were Way Faster they replaced the frames for Free & they were few years old & his were done way before mine & we didn't have to wait in long lines either so Next time I'll get eye exam & goto Treasure Vision I'm sure they will be ready much faster,the ppl who work at Vision Center were friendly but about it & New ppl use the Left side door & get Dir a map would've been nice,I doubt I'll go back again sorry to say....
