This is the worst experience I have ever had with a florist. Flowers were finally delivered 4 days late, owner said delivery guy could not find the address, got frustrated and just gave up and decided not to deliver the flowers. I was NOT notified of a problem and when I learned from my friend that she did not receive them, I could not get an answer from anyone at Lillian's. Finally a week later, I was able to speak to the owner and he was extremely rude and said "I guess I need to hire someone with half a brain to work here." Never use this florist!!!‎

I had a major problem with a different florist that I had chosen to use for my flowers for prom. I told them that my dress was hot pink and I didn't want roses.. needless to say I ended up baby pink roses as my flowers! I freaked out and went to Lillian's to see if there could be something done.. She fixed my problem in no time and I got a one of a kind wristlet flower that matched my dress beautifully, my date's flower was small and he was thrilled because they were rolled up rose pettals and it fit him wonderfully not to mention that her idea to do that was unique!



I have used this Florist more than once.. She is a delight to work with!! I love the fact that she is so reliable and her work is absolutely wonderful!! I have never used anyone else besides her since then nor will I ever.
