Front desk is rude. Really bad attitude!!! Did not do their job, and is dumb to say the least!!! If your gonna not do your job, and make me do it! and have an attitude, then you must not want my business! And don't get me started on the nurses!!! If I was to keep going there they need to fire some of their workers and replace them with compassionate ppl.. Because the doctor office is suppose to make you feel at ease... But this place just makes you pist off after visits!!! All I have to say is don't go there!!! And their definitely losing a patient and hopefully more!!!

I've gone to Newton Family since I was a baby. Same people work there, some few newbies. The front desk is acceptable, not exactly satisfying but they do there job very well. I love my Nurse Practitioner, she is the best one there. If you want the job done 100% right with the best attitude out there, she's the one to see. Her name is Karen Puett. They also allow free samples of the medication you need for certain conditions if you can't afford them just yet. It's a good place to me, but every place does have it's flaws.
