They rebuilt my sons transmission, when my son put it back in the truck it didn’t work, Andover transmission towed the truck to their shop and had it for 7 weeks. He finally blew up the engine in the truck while “test driving it “ now he wants $3000 storage and refuses to fix the truck. The police said they have had to deal with him many many times. My son filed a law suit and Andover retaliated by trying to charge storage. He’s going to be put out of business this time. DO NOT GO THERE !!!

Wayne at Andover Transmission has restored my hope in the human race! I was told by two repair shops that my car needed a new transmission. It wasn't adding up and I googled for a place to take it for a another opinion. Andover Transmission had excellent reviews so I tried it. Wayne took me immediately as a walk-in. He drove my car with me and explained things as he test drove it. He treated me like a real person with respect. He diagnosed the car completely different and didn't charge me a dime. He didn't capitalize on it and try to take the job. He suggested I go back to my mechanic which I did and explained everything Wayne uncovered. The repair was made and I am happily driving my car with the same transmission. Andover Transmission is honest, fair and will be blessed for their work ethic!

You need a transmission they are the guys to do it. Prompt service and reasonable prices. They also are very honesdt which is hard to find.

Been in several times thinking transmission was toast. Each time Wayne called back and told me my problem was an easy fix. Also very happy with their non-transmission fixes. Fair. On the level. Trustworthy.

I have been to Andover Transmission several times with three different vehicles. I even sent my mother there. The guys do a great job, they are knowledgeable, conscientious, on price and on time. That's pretty rare nowadays. They have never tried to up-sell me and have given me some very good automotive advice.

Mechanics with skills and an owner w/ integrity

It was suspected with our auto mechanic we would need our transmission replaced. I called and spoke with a gentleman, asking estimate, length of time to perform service, and method of paying. He answed all questions and explained warranty. My husband, not knowing I called, called himself about 1/2 hour later and was given a different version of estimate and more importantly a vast difference on warranty. We both spoke with same named gentleman. We will go elsewhere.

My transmission went out just down the road from Andover Transmission. Lucky for me! they were quick to get my car and offer me a ride to where I needed to go. I told him how important my car is to me during and he made it a priority to have it back on the road. He expalined everything that needed to be done. Why it happened. The price was fair. Then a few months later I was heading out for a long trip and he did a follow up check to make sure it was all good. THANK YOU
