My daughter took me to nearby lab for testing. My digestive system has been upset. When we left the lab, I wanted COFFEE and something simple to eat. The Bagel Bistro was nearby in a strip mall. Did not look extraordinary. First impression was okay -- they will have bagels and coffee and that's was all we expected. OMG. My daughter got a corned beef sandwich that was fabulous. The best corned beef ever ever, ever. And both of us have been to all the famous delis in NYC. The dill pickle was amazing. My stomach is still upset so I had coffee and an amazing apple bagel with a thin spread (my specific choice) for digestive reasons. The bagel was great. Bagels made on the premises. A wide and delicious looking menu of all kinds of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Definitely going back often once I'm over this inflammatory digestive upset. But even with that, I was so pleased. How wonderful to be surprised beyond your wildest expectations. I don't understand why the ratings aren't all 5 stars. The counter help was super friendly. Yes, there is a limited amount of indoor eating space. Nice bathroom. And every table is sanitized after each use. Review written during COVID crisis. I imagine in normal times it can be crowded in there for both meals. Enjoy. You will be pleasantly surprised. We sure were.

Fresh and priced right and better than the competition.
Bring cash no cards. But the 3 bucks I save on a dozen is worth it.
