I had 2 cars with unlimited plans. I complained that bugs were not being washed off, they suggested to upgrade my plan to the most expensive one since they will use bug spray. I have to ask the attendant to use bug spray when I run through during the summer months, otherwise he wouldn't use it. He got upset once because he said that he didn't have time to use spray because there were other cars behind me.

My wife complained that mud from her car was not removed, the owner and attendant refused to re-clean the car and was told to come back the next day. They told her that the mud was tar. I called to talk to the owner and argued with me, he told me that unlimited car wash means once per day and that I should upgrade my wife's plan for a "better wash".

After arguing with owner, he suggested that I should cancel my plan if I am not satisfied with the service. Probably the best advise you can get from a business owner. Repeat business is not part of their business plan. I will tell everybody I know how bad this Car Wash is.

Awful car wash. Tore off trim below rear window. Noticed immediately. Would not let me in car wash to find broken piece.$450 worth of damage. I am taking them to small claims court.
