Have had problems with cushions on loveseat and sofa. Cushions replaced 3 times over less than a year. Still problem with 3rd set of cushions after just a year. Never get return calls, always have to call to find what is going on. Spoke to Jesse he said manufacturer will not correct issue. Jesse said he would find out what is going on and call me back. I have been calling him for 2 weeks, and never get a return call. I have spent $2600 on furniture and it has been garbage from the start. I'll never buy from them again.Don't count on resolution to problems with furniture from this store, or even a return call

I hadn't been in this store before. I was amazed at how big the store was. Found just what I was looking for and thought the price was very reasonable compared to other furniture stores I had shopped at before finding what I wanted at the Home Furniture Warehouse. Thanks. I'll be back!

I purchased a sofa in November 2011 by jan 2012 the fabric looked like a badly pilled old sweater. The seat covers were returned and replacements sent to me on April 16 2012 by may 16th the new ones looked worse the the original ones. Have been trying to get this resolved, have called 3 times in the last week but no one will get back to me. Finally had a slip cover made. Would like to be reimbursed for at least the slip cover. Would never by anything from this store again. Very poor quality spent $1000 on sofa and another $500 on the slip cover.

I have made multiple purchases & have been 199% satisfied with each one. Quality merchandise @ a great price!!!!

The place is hard to find but a sure diamond in a rough building. Jesse the owner and Casey are great! The prices are even better. Will definately be buying from them again!
