We were so happy to find this little nursing home when our Grandmother needed rehabilitation after being in the hospital. She lives at home and loves being independant but when she fell and hurt herself we had no choice to to have her rehabilitate outside her home. The staff was excellent, the food outstanding and just the "at home" feeling was with us the moment that we walked through the door. Grandma is home now and but has visited a few times to see the friends she made while staying there. Thank you Valley View!!!

If you care for your loved one, you will think twice before sending them here. My grandmother was neglected and unhappy with the care she was provided with. I've never heard of a place that never had enough staff especially in a nursing home when it is so important. They say they are always hiring for nurses however it isn't the case since there are never enough nurse aides to tend to the residents in the facility. Whoever owns this place doesn't see or care for people and it's obvious all they care about is the money. I'm appalled that a place like this can get away with what they are doing for so long. Something has to change.
