Experience Immediate Mental and Physical Benefits:

People of all ages feel immediate mental and physical development within their first month of training.  Internal and External Development:Wae Gong is external strength (i.e. muscle tone and strength) and Nae Gong is internal strength.  Nae Gong is the key to building a balanced foundation.  Nae Gong is often called "chi" or "invisible" strength because it is not outwardly visible.  The cultivation of Nae Gong, through proper techniques, ensures that every aspect of the body is exercised and maintained, including connective tissue, the nervous system, and internal organs preventing health issues that arise from idleness in certain areas of the body.  When proper methods of building Nae Gong are utilized, the practitioner continues to build strength, increase speed, and extend their prime to the later years of their life.  Properly cultivated, Nae Gong can be stored and directed from one area of the body to another to help heal injuries and with proper control to significantly increase the power of a strike or defense.
