I had my last auto loan through this branch and now I’m wholly regretting it. I rolled the old loan over into my new loan, but they still took an auto payment out of my bank account (6) days after receiving a payout from the auto dealership. Turns out it took them 10 business days to apply the payment to my account. Now the bank is refusing to give me my payment back. The branch "escalated" the problem to their corporate office and now refuses to give me any details about the situation. I’ve called and left multiple messages with the person at corporate handling my complaint and they refuse to answer my messages. The branch called me back today and told me to not call for another (10) days because corporate is allowed up to this time to resolve my complaint. At this point they are basically stealing my money. DONT GO HERE! These people are scammers.
