The Dr's are soo rude and short with you. i was there last Friday not only did i have to wait a hr and half(past my appt time) the dr came in, in a bad mood because she was soo behind very short did not take my daugther infection seriously and my daughter ended up in the hospital for 3 days. and this is just the tip of the ice berg i have had many bad experinces with Kids first and Rude Doctors i;m sick of it- i have left the practice and will never go back

Provided by YP.comMy overall experience with this office has been bad. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Some of the doctors are just ok like Dr. Brister and Dr. Sasson. But the rest of them don't seem to want to help your child at all. You feel as though you are wasting their precious time. And if you call in to get appt.....good luck! They NEVER answer your call. One time my son who has febrile seizures spiked a really high temp. and I called and called and left messages and nothing came of it. So finally, I had to send my mother into the office to get me an appt. while I stayed with my sick son. The funny thing too is that I was a patient here as a child. I never remember it being like this. And my Mom said it wasn't ever this bad. They have taken on too many patients in my opinion. So now it's just an assembly line to all the staff there. No real doctor/patient relationships in this office. So on the whole, not a place I recommend taking your child especially a newborn who requires some more quality attention than this staff can provide.

Provided by YP.comI met Dr. Sasson from Kids First after I delivered my daughter at Lower Bucks Hospital and was immediately drawn to him. He greeted my newborn in such a loving, happy, friendly manor, I could not think of a better option for a pedatrition. My daughter is now 17 months old and we have had several calls and visits to this office and the experience has been nothing but pleasant. They do not force medications on children when they are not necessary and they always got me into the office when I felt my little one needed to be seen. Also, the staff is very knowledgeable and answered my questions and calmed my first-time mom nerves. I would definitely recommend this office!
