I wanted my truck towed 6 miles to my house one afternoon because my wife hit a park sign and the front end was damaged (some of the antifreeze leaked out into the grass, the bumper was bent bad the grill was smashed and the hood was crunched up)., instead they took it to their shop because (actual quote) "I'm too busy right now, I'll do it tomorrow" . The next morning I called, he said the charge is $450. ($100 for the tow, $350 for the other stuff) the other stuff means: $90 for the storage (less than 24 hours) $40 to winch the truck onto his flatbed, (my truck is drive able except the air dam would drag on the ground and was leaking antifreeze) $45 for clean-up (picked up some small pieces of plastic from the grass) and $175 for Labor. (5 to 10 minutes putting my truck on his flatbed, 5 seconds picking little pieces of plastic, 20 minute drive to my house the next day, then putting it in my driveway)

I had to pay $450 for everything THEY DEFINITELY ROBBED ME!!

Excellent automotive service and customer service. We use them for almost all our car and truck service. Jeff and his crew are honest and fair. If there is ever a problem (and there rarely is) they handle it promptly and, most importantly, with a smile. Don't know what we would do with Bethman's!
