I have been a customer at this Dry Cleaner for years and have always had a good experience. However, the last time I had my shirts dry cleaned, one of my blue shirts came back smeared with a red color all over the shirt. I understand that mistakes happen, so I took it back the next day to see what they could do. The woman there kept insisting that I must have worn a sweater over it that caused the color to bleed onto the shirt; I tried telling her that I never have worn a sweater over it but she wouldn't listen. She took the shirt to try to get the stains out and told me "no guarantees," which was infuriating because it implied that she wasn't going to take responsibility for ruining it in the first place. When I came to pick it up, she told me the stains didn't come out. I asked to be compensated since it was their mistake, but she suddenly couldn't understand English when I asked. Go here at your own risk; they do not take responsibility if they ruin any of your clothing.
