I went to Toppers twice, both times with my boyfriend for couples massage, facials, and hand treatments. The first time I was there during the massage my lady whispered that she had to leave the room for a few minutes...she was gone for about 10! And did not give me extra time or any money off. The second time we got there and they did not give use the couples room so we had to get our massages separately. For the treatment we ordered you are supposed to get a lunch between massage and facials...they said they were "sorry" but the receptionist forgot to but that down so they had nothing ready for us. After the facials we were to receive the hand treatments. Well she also "forgot" to put that down so after waiting for about 30 extra minutes we were sat in the pedicure chairs and given the treatment by the manicurist! Honestly I just wanted to go home by that point. One woman (I will not say her name because she was the most helpful there) told us that the place has been having a lot of trouble with employees and that we should demand a discount for our crappy experience. We will did and got a fairly decent discount but this was after waiting for another 45 minutes. After all the stress of it all it did not even feel like we had any treatments at all we were both just so stressed! How romantic!!! Needless to say, we will not be returning!
