Ebling Earl E. Landscapers Destroyed My Garden

Ebling landscapers destroyed my garden using high powered leaf blowers on Monday, October 29th. After nurturing my garden all summer, I was enjoying my beautiful marigolds in full bloom, especially since they were the only plants the deer were not eating.

After taking pictures of the beautiful blooms that very day, I was devastated to find my garden looking as if it had been hit by a hurricane when I arrived home. Four flats of marigolds that I had personally purchased, planted and fertilized were crushed, broken at the base of the stem, or blown completely out of the ground with buds blown far beyond the perimeter of my garden, along with one of my mums.

When I requested compensation from Mr. Ebling, he informed me that it was his fall clean-up procedure "to remove any annual plants which are dead or dying prior to the first frost." Interestingly, flowers DO NOT DIE prior to the first frost, and they did not REMOVE my plants, they simply killed them! Sadly for Mr. Ebling, his young employees have more integrity, and quickly apologized when they saw my garden looking as if it had been hit by a hurricane. Evidently, a new employee was hired to do the leaf blowing and couldn't tell the difference between a garden in full bloom and a pile of leaves.

But all of that was lost on Earl Ebling; he only sought to escape responsibility for Earl E. Ebling Landscaping, and lie about what had transpired, concluding that he would buy one flat of marigolds for me next year.

Unfortunately, the worse rating possible is one star, otherwise, I would have chosen a zero star rating.
