Home Insured Services and president John Martin went beyond my expectations. Very professional but friendly. John came to my daughter's house after her husband committed suicide in their home. He was extremely helpful to me in providing a fair and reasonable quote to restore the home. John answered all my questions, probably multiple times due to the circumstance, with patience and grace. He helped me thru the process of working with the insurance company and got in the home immediately to make all the repairs. I eventually had to go back to my home in Wisconsin and John has gone out of his way to continue to communicate to me about the progress happening with the repairs including sending pictures. I can't say enough good things about John Martin and Home Insured Services, Inc. They are completely trustworthy and provide a quality of service that goes above and beyond anything a person would expect. Can't thank them enough.
