I recently moved to Newtown Square and bought a case of beer from Newtown Sudsin the past and again today, 4/15/17. When I got home to enjoy my beer with dinner, the beer tasted nasty. Long and behold, I checked the date and the beer had expired. I called them on the phone and asked for a refund and to have a case of beer delivered. They could not deliver me beer bc there was no driver available. You cannot offer a service and not be able to provide it! So, I had to get back in my car and drive there. When I arriving I got my money back and asked for compensation ( a free case of beer) for selling expired beer, disrupting my dinner and wasting me 40, minutes of my evening. And explaining being new to the area I will need a regular beer distributor. They offered me no compensation! I will no longer be purchasing my beer at Newtown Suds! I would not expect this disservice from a 'mom and pop' store but I guess Newtown Suds is just following the American trend of poor customer service and only looking to make a buck?
