TERRIBLE. Not once have I walked in there without there being an issue with my medical records. They have "been switching to electronic records" for years. I had to fill out a new patient form every time I went there. And, when I went for additional testing for a medical condition, I showed up and the doctor started asking me basic medical history questions because "my records were lost in an information cloud somewhere" and she couldn't find them. Finally, I switched offices, was promised to have my records transferred before my first appointment, and for enough, they weren't there!
