Went in today (2/12/18). Door was super noisy so one would guess that the elderly lady sitting at the desk would have heard that. She was on the phone so I patiently waited. Once off the phone, I waited a moment to let her finish her note. I said "Excuse me", rather loud... no response. Not even a flinch. She was watching Judge Millian on a little tv on her desk. It was rather loud but not too loud that it interrupted her phone call. I stood there, shifted a bit to see if I caught her attention. I said "Excuse me" again. She didn't notice me. In fact, she looked out the window as if ahe was expecting someone then sat back and actually turned the tv up! I stood there a moment longer then left through the loudly creaking door.
I feel bad for anyone looking for assistance here. They must be doing so well that they don't need clients.
Don't need any response, I took my business elsewhere.
