I don't know why I never learn? I guess I am a gluten for punishment. It was convenient to go to this Chili's because we had just dropped our dogs off at Petco for grooming. Although I was served my beverage right away, my husband had to wait for over a 1/2 hour at which point our waitress couldn't remember if he ordered a regular coke or diet. When our dinners finally came out after about an hour, she served him with the wrong dinner. So not only did I have to listen to my husband complain, when we paid our bill a few days later I look at my online banking and see that they overcharged my bank account!!!!!!! There could have been no mistaking the amount we wrote down, but I was assured by the store manager Orlando, when I called that our waitress was not trying to steal from us! Which I never once mentioned when I called that she was! Not sure how stupid the manager thought I was?He answered the phone when I called back, (after he had time to check the cash-out of that night) but when I asked for the manager he told me he was on another line, when I said who I was he put me on hold to only come back with the same voice and talk to me!!!! Very disappointed in Niagara Falls, NY
