The study of ballet can contribute to the student's mental discipline, aesthetic awareness, flexibility, and coordination; as well as one's overall physical well being and health. Our students are taught to master the basic principals of ballet rather than the simple imitation of gestures in preparation for a recital. Our goal is to teach a complete curriculum of movement which lasts throughout a student's lifetime.
