Excellent service. Highly recommend!

I brought my dog into Pretty Baby Grooming Palace to get a haircut when no one else could get me in. The owner is one of the nicest and most caring person I have ever met. She has amazing knowledge about animal care and will get you in on short notice. I don't know where the people went that left reviews down below but they are far from being correct. The owner of Pretty Baby Grooming Palace cares more about animals then anyone I know, From helping out the SPCA of Niagara on free grooming to get extensive knowledge. I will not take my animals to anyone but Kris.

My dog looks amazing. I was apprehensive when i read the reviews... I expected some quarks. A couple of things were odd to me but then again i dont know much about dog grooming. I scheduled an appointment by phone for 10:30am and when i arrived i was told to be back at 3:30pm. Seemed like a long time but not really a problem for me at all.

My dog is skiddish... She was really comfortable with him regardless or his attitude, she agreed to muzzle if needed but she said hos behavior was great. My dog looks amazing? He smells great, and he is happy. Im happy. Plan on going back again.

The owner is legitimately insane and keeps harassing my phone. I was never a customer, there's no reason for her to have my number. I do not know her from Adam and yet here she is. Neurotically texting me every day for nearly a week. I wouldn't trust her with my pet rock.

I brought my 16lbs poodle mix dog to get groomed this summer. She was less then a year old at the time and suffers from anxiety and gets nervous easily aside from me getting her from a possible puppy mill.to say the least my dog has issues.but i took her here and at first the lady seemed very friendly so i felt a bit more comfortable although when i went to get her i completely regretted it! I showed up about 10 mins early and still had to wait 20 more.i heard my dog barking because i assume she heard me talking. I then heard the lady tell her child who was no more then 12 yrs old "be careful by her face she bites and scratches". Before i left when i brought her i told her my dogs ears were sensitive and the last place CLIPPENDALES (Who were great just had no openings) had called me to come help assist in keeping my dog calm when they did her face.so I'm sitting there waiting and hear the lady getting aggravated with my dog! When she finally brings out my dog my dog is whining and then the lady charges my $50 when on the phone she said $ 35! Never will i go back! Or put my dog through that again
