I have been hiring Rick for over 20 yrs for various repairs. Outstanding and HONEST service. I have referred him to many family and friends and have heard all good things back. Highly recommended!

Rick is great at what he does, always solved my problems & I’ve called him a few times for different appliances. Always timely, fair priced and does good work. I recommend him to anyone I know.

I have no idea who Monica Marie is;. If something didn't work after I collected money for the repair, I would expect a phone call, which I would respond to immediately.... Awful customer service! Disrespectful! Did not fix problem! Long story short,,,call someone else to do good repairs and business.

I called Ricks Appliance repair 10 months ago to fix a problem with my dryer. Rick made the repair and charged me $85. Now 10 months later the same problem is happening with my dryer. When I called Ricks Appliance repair he told me I would have to find the paper reciept because he had no records of his repairs then he seemed to get annoyed that I didn't have the reciept in front of me and told me to call someone else and hung up. I would NOT recommend Rick's Appliance Service. Save yourself the aggrevation.

I have used Rick for over ten years. I recommond him to friends and family. RIck does a very professional job at a fair price. Of all the people I have refered to Rick, I have never recivied any complaints.
