BEWARE OF THEIR POLICIES! I was very disappointed with the service I received from The Cover Guy. I ordered a cover and lifter through their website. It was delivered damaged and with pieces missing (the box for the lifter was broken open and spilled out). I contacted them and they blamed it on the delivery company and gave me their contact info. I'm a busy businessman and I travel regularly. Weeks went by I followed up with a supervisor and they apologized but would not exchange, replace, or return it as too much time went by as per their policy. Luckily I can afford to absorb this. I would feel sorry for someone who couldn't. The product seems fine but now I'm stuck with this junk. I went to my local spa place and got it done. I'd recommend finding another supplier.

You rock Cover Guy! The hot tub cover you guys sent me is even better than I expected. It fits around my hot tub cover perfectly and looks great. It is such a strong cover… I don’t think I have to worry about harsh weather conditions breaking it. You guys really know what you are doing.. In my 14 years of replacing spa covers, I have never received a better cover. It’s the honest truth. These guys really know what they’re doing. Definitely waterproof! We have some crazy freak rainstorms here in Alberta over the last few weeks. I have never seen anywhere near this amount of rain in my entire life.
