I was very impressed with Mr. Lindsay and the relaxed professional attitude he was able to litigate my family court case and get me what I was asking for. He did not give the court all of the information I had given him. However, it is my belief that he did that so that in the future I would have information not previously used to get what I would potentially ask for in the future.

Mr. Lindsay was able to keep me at ease although I had a great deal of anxiety. Mr. Lindsay was appointed to me by the court but, he made himself available to me both inside and outside of the court room and returned my phone calls promptly when he was not involved with another case and/or being in the court.

I would recommend Mr. Lindsay for anyone needing a lawyer in family court, as it was always a positive outcome. I can not make an experienced comment on him or his associates for anything else requiring a lawyer outside of family court. However, his professional talent litigating on my behalf in family court was positive with a positive outcome where children were concerned, then I could not imagine him not being even better in other matters such as personal injury. It is my contention that family court is more emotional and probably the more difficult of the law to practice and that Mr. Lindsay would be an able attorney in any court setting.
