Very professional owner and co-owner in Wayne and Sean, however the employees are extremely unprofessional, they drink and do drug substances on the job. The jobs are Overcharged for the actual hours worked, employees tend to come and go leading them with inexperienced painters that you get charged anywhere from $50-$75 per employee while they learn how to paint on your home! They never hit deadlines and they tend to always end on bad terms with their clients. Primary issue is the client will sit and watch employees stand around doing nothing while your paying them outrages prices per your to do so. The Foreman have no organization skills and one very large overweight foreman manages to do nothing all day besides scream and yell at people for not fixing the mistakes he creates. The failure of on site leadership is very present to the client, if you select them make sure to watch and document hours, demand sobriety while working, and request not to have the overweight foreman.
