Absolutely HORRIBLE! !!! within two days my nails had air under them the paint had chipped off! I paid $55 for this horrible disaster they called acrylic nails. I went back and the owner tried to blame it all on bleach, I don't work with bleach and I hadn't worked the two days I had the nails! I demanded my money back after he got rude with me he then continued to yell about how picky I am and how no one can do my nails! My husband then informed him how often I get my nails done and he has never heard me complain about the three other places I go. He told me he would not give my money back and used the excuse that you can't eat food and take it back. I said no but when this is the most I have ever paid for my nails and if I'm paying you to do them I want them done right!! He then agreed to give me my money back and take the nails off. But then decided to boast to his other customers about how many customers he has and how much he makes while filing my nails off he cut every one of my fingers way away from my nails. A very sweet elder woman then came after she seen the painful look on my face. She became very agitated with the owner and said this is why she always had quit because he can never admit to a mistake he made. But after all was said and done the woman took care of my nails and he said the reason he was giving me my money back is because of my child. I will never return again I highly suggest going somewhere else! Unless you like rude people then You will feel right at home.

Okay so this place was definitely the worst nail salon I've ever been to. Manager who is a gentleman not too friendly didn't smile not once very serious and seemed like he was miserable. He sat me down quickly then a lady started on my feet I was getting a pedicure with gel. MY OWN GEL THAT I BROUGHT IN WITH ME. All I said to the woman was please make my pedicure very neat and clean please get all cuticles. So the lady started and she started to massage my legs and I came to relax and enjoy the pedicure and quite time but she started massaging my legs and while rubbing she was literally scraping my legs with her sharp nails. Every time she moved her hands her nails were digging into my legs. Not pleasant amd she was clueless. Then she got to clipping my cuticles and she obviously was not aware of what she was doing. Almost like she had never clipped cuticles before in her life. She was literally clipping every chunk of the skin in my toes. I could feel that she was digging deep and very sloppy. My toe was hurting me amd then she clipped way too deep and I freaked out. I couldn't take anymore. I told her that she was not doing it right because it hurts. She got up and another girl sat down. I looked down at my feet and I had three chuncks of skin clipped out of three different toes. And it was not cuticle it was my normal healthy skin which I know that is never supposed to happen. My gel painting was the messiest job I've ever had. I mean i might as well have done it myself and it would've looked better then the job this lady had done. After my nails were painted I just wanted to leave so before i got more upset with the service and quality of this dump. I told them I didn't want my hands done. I went to pay for my pedi and the cost was $60 just for my gel pedi that was painted with MY OWN GEL!!! The manager took off $10 whole dollars for bringing my own gel. I showed him with horrible job that was done and informed him how many pedicures I've had in my lifetime and that I know this is not what I consider even a slightly good job. All he had for me was "I'm sorry"!!!! I'm not sure what kind of customers that this place sees on a regular basis but obviously their customers don't have any problems with the horrible job that this place does. I give this nail salon a F+ AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUMP TO ANYONE.

Yesterday was my wedding night and I went into Andy's Nails Spa with my bridesmaid to get our nails done, the service overall was great and I am very satisfied, the workers were very professional and didn't give us a hard time. When the owner of the shop figured out it was my wedding day he gave me a 10% discount and 2 free design!
