Had a very wonderful experience with a young woman who was working late shift. I was currently in Miramar when all other stores were closed and found Niceville to be open till 10. I called and asked for directions finding out I wouldn't make it there by closing for a belt I needed that was currently shredded in my engine and a new pulley. This very woman offered to take payment over the phone and even personally deliver my parts to me! I was so surprised by such kindness but instead had a friend drive me to her store. I still was shocked when we arrived almost an hour after closing to find her still waiting bag in hand with a smile. I almost cried being blessed to receive genuine help like this. She was so polite and helpful, even continued to offer lending a hand if needed! Can you believe that? I wouldn't have known what to do if not for her since I was to head out first thing to take a long drive back home from vacation. Thank you AutoZone for such a wonderful employee and experience. You have gained another loyal customer!

The employees have no clue about cars or using the computer to find parts for your car. I needed an idoler pulley and the employee argued with me, saying my car doesn't have one.
