Caleb replaced an ice maker in my fridge for me. He was prompt, professional and communicated with me via text with exact arrival time.
Caleb was respectful of my house and even wiped up the water off of the sink and floor from where the ice bucket dripped. I would definitely use Cal’s again and recommend to anyone in need of appliance repair.

I heard about Cal’s from a friend when I told him our refrigerator was broken. Not only had Cal’s fixed his refrigerator after he was ripped off by another company, but they helped him understand why the other companies repair hadn’t work and how dangerous what the other guy had done to their fridge was. When I called Cal’s they were extremely professional on the phone and they had a service technician out to our house within 1 hour. Charles, the service tech, was extremely friendly, did a thorough job inspecting our fridge and explaining to us what was wrong. He even answered the other concerns I had about the unit and he walked us through how he would decide whether to repair or replace the unit. He charged us a flat rate for parts/labor, so we didn’t need to worry about how long he was taking to fix it, he would make sure it got done right, no matter how long it took. We’re a military family and when I go TDY for 6 months next January these are the guys I’ll have my wife call if anything in our house goes wrong. I know my family will be safe and well taken care of if Cal’s guys are the ones responding if something goes wrong.

Friendly, professional service with a very knowledgeable staff.

I called them out to fix my dryer and the grill in the center of my stove. They came within a very reasonable time, he completed the jobs quickly, cleaned up after himself and had both back up and running in no time. Because it was only one trip but two service calls I got a drastically reduced rate on the second item. I know it seems that would be fair but that is not the way that all others operate.
