Great Carpet Cleaner! I recommend to anyone who wants to renew their carpets. We had a very bad pet stains which he removed 

no problem. He is very honest and diligent professional who will get the job done at a very low price.

I just wanted to thank you CRP for the incredible job you did on our carpets. I could not be more pleased! You gave us back our dignity. Our carpets were so disgusting that we thought we would have to replace all of them. But not only did you get rid of the stains, you eliminated the urine odor! We cannot believe it. I even waited until now to write because I thought for sure some stains would reappear days later. But it has been almost a week and our carpet is still gorgeous. Essie is an awful business person inside and out I worked for her cleaning condos for 3 weekends, not only did she instruct us to wash sheets inside of units which I found out later that we weren't suppose to do she also was very rude and condescending when she spoke to me and my team, she shorted our pay for various reasons and the last weekend I worked for her never even paid me at all because 3 days after I cleaned a unit she went in and found dust under the bed, never mind the fact is was 100 degrees outside and the ac in the unit was broken and couldn't be turned off and was blowing heat I still cleaned it as well as 5 other units the same day and have yet to see a dime! On more than one of the units I cleaned in the 3 weekends working with her she advised us because we needed to hurry that instead of washing and drying the sheets to just throw them in the dryer and "fluff" them and put them back on the beds because she kept forgetting to put full sets of sheets in the linen bag so we could replace the bed linens. Essie's cleaning practice is to wipe things down with dish soap then dry them. Essie also does not train cleaners she pulls untrained people off the street and throws them in units and expects them to know what to do, she is extremely unorganized and she could care less about anyone but herself!!

I have vacation rentals and Essie made a lot of promises but didn't follow through. She never let me know when the condos were cleaned and ready or if there were any damages. I had to text her to ask and often had to wait a day for a reply. We were told that she and her husband would clean our units because we were unhappy with the quality of the crew that she used for the first cleaning and when my husband "dropped in" on a cleaning, she had another crew there with no explanation. I had provided two new sets of quality linens when I set up her service and when he arrived, they didn't have clean sets and were washing the sheets in the unit. When I called her, she said that the crew was leaving and she assured me that she would be back to clean before the guests arrived and she didn't show. The guests arrived to a dirty condo and I had to send another cleaning crew over and refund part of the rental to the guests to try to make amends. Again, no apology from Essie and no explanation as to why the cleaning crew came unprepared. Upon termination of her service, she only returned part of my linens leaving me with over $600 worth of linens to replace and won't return emails, texts or calls. DON'T USE THEM FOR CONDO CLEANINGS!! I should have known better to hire her when she told us that they clean the kitchen and bathroom floors on hands and knees!
