My wife and I purchased gutters and had them installed in june of 2009 and after the work was completed we had issues like seams leaking front porch gutters not pitched correctly standing water ect.. Which we were promised that it would be taken care of. Well it is May 2010 and we have had the WORST customer service. Mike who is one of the managers was rude and condensending and I quote "CALM DOWN YOUR ACTING LIKE YOUR HOUSE IS MELTING!" This is after weeks of no one showing up or calling us about our issues. So we started dealing with Barry who is one of the owners and he has promised us SOOOO Many times that someone would be there to fix the problems. Everytime no one shows up and he apologizes and says for sure someone will be there. Well at the end of April we spoke and he promised me once again someone would be there between may 2-8th and it wasn't surprising that may 8th came and went. So I called again today on the 14th and Barry was to busy to talk but he would call me back in
