Placed order with this company on 10/4/2012 as of 10/24/2012 the merchandise has not been delivered. I have contacted the company 3 times to no avail. Today they instructed me to go to the post office to pick up the package! This happened to be a gift for grandson who lives in another town. What's the reason for shipping and handling charges if you have to pick up the package?
