This experience was perfection. I actually was referred (almost immediately) to the nearest ER. The physician on duty immediately diagnosed an acute gall bladder issue. I ended up being admitted within an hour or so to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital and had surgery to remove my gall bladder. I was hospitalized from Sunday morning until Wednesday afternoon because of complications of nausea and vomiting.

I called the Niles office for Physicians Immediate Care yesterday (Thursday) to thank the doctor - who wasn’t in the office that day.

Please make sure that my thanks are passed along on the wonderful job that was done. It worked perfectly. I was promptly and correctly diagnosed for an emergent situation that took surgical intervention.

This place is not good if you looking for qucik service. I been to other urgent care ot immediate care but this is one of the slowest immediate care that i ever seen. It took almost 2 and half hours to go just inside for test. And it wasnt thats busy just 3 patients there. I think its better to go other place or in emergency.

the doctor was on his cell phone the entire time, smoked outside while I was in the room waiting and came inside wreaking of smoke. I had to ask for a test that he didnt want to give me. I was in the office for 15 minutes and saw the doctor for 3 minutes. then got a bill for $323 and on their website it says "reasonable costs" what is reasonable about that. By the way the test I asked for was $48 the office visit was $275. Absolutely ridiculous. I would rather go to a legitimate doctor's office it would be cheaper.
